
GREEK LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN

Ingredients:
- Entaj chicken thighs
- Salt
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 6 to 12 kalamata olives
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
For the Lemon-Garlic Sauce (can also be used as marinade):
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 12 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 45 min – 1 hour
